Part 1: The Franchise Agreement and Franchisee’s Perspective

Using
the same franchise disclosure document that you discussed in the last assignment, identify any benefits and disadvantages of the
agreement as well as the key requirements of the FRANCHISEE. Also,
consider and discuss whether you purchase a location from this
franchise?

Part 2: International Franchising

When
McDonald’s began opening locations internationally, were there any
issues with their logo or menus? Find an international franchise and see
what was adaptable to another country and what was not adaptable.
Consider all aspects of the franchise that required changes. Please
provide specific examples.

If
you can find pictures or articles that illustrate the marketing pieces
or the product, please include that, too. ****Hint****For many of the
brands, you can access the menu for that country just as you can for our
locations here. That will give you a perspective on the changes that
they may have made to their menu.
