Credible Stuff Good An Internship Journal

I’m doing an internship as front desk manager assistant in Holiday Inn Express now. Need to answer the following questions:

• Workplace Leadership (Leaders or Managers in your organization). First mention how many managers or supervisors you have come to know about in this organization. (The general manager’s name is Benjamin, marketing manager is Derrick, human resource manager is Helen,front desk manager is Ms. Aida. There’s also a house keeping manager.) This would include your supervisor plus some others who have not supervised you, but they are in a supervisory or managerial position, and you know something about them through personal observation or via your coworkers. Then write about the following based on what you have seen or heard about these managers:
• Co-worker (Employee) Behavior. First mention how many co-workers you have had personal contact with, and how many you have had at least a casual contact with. ( There’s 1 front desk manager and 2 employees working at the front desk).Then reflect on what you have seen personally or have heard from others you consider to be reliable people and write about the following. (Avoid anything you would consider gossip and not serious or credible stuff).

• Good leaderships qualities, and their impact.Describe at least two or three good leadership qualities you have seen or heard about, and what kind of impact these qualities had on the organization or the employees.
• Bad leadership qualities, and their impact. Describe at least two or three poor or bad leadership qualities you have seen or heard about, and what kind of impact these qualities had on the organization or the employees.

• Good behaviors, and likely reasons. Describe at least two or three good employee behaviors that have come to your attention, and the likely reasons for such behavior. (As far as the likely reasons are concerned, a little bit of reason-based speculation on your part is OK).
• Bad behaviors, and likely reasons. Describe at least two or three bad employee behaviors that have come to your attention, and the likely reasons for such behavior. (As far as the likely reasons are concerned, again a little bit of reason-based speculation on your part is OK).
